Initiative: parkrun Australia Defibrillator Appeal

Colin suffered a heart attack while walking at parkrun. Thanks to the quick reactions of those around him, Colin survived and is now on the road to recovery.

Colin has shared his story in the hope that his experience will help others who go through a similar medical episode, or who are with someone who does.
