Defibrillator Walkthrough Video
We want every Run Director to feel confident using the defibrillator in the event of a sudden cardiac arrest at parkrun. We ask that every Run Director in Asia Pacific watch this 3 minute video, which gives a peek inside the defib case and shows you what to do if you need to use it.
*We strongly recommend that event teams do this together, as turning the defibrillator on regularly can reduce battery life.

Rod's life was saved by a parkrun defibrillator, which are compulsory devices at all parkruns globally. This short film tells the story of each person involved that morning, and invites you to donate to the parkrun Australia Defib Appeal.
